Hear The Call For Reapers

Hear the call for reapers as it comes from ev'ry land,
Are you ready Christian to obey you Lord's command,
Sheaves are still ungathered,
Just waiting for the worker,
Go forth and with the reapers lend a hand.

Many now are idle whom the Lord could use today,
Knowing not how well the blessed Master will repay;
Months and years are wasted,
The souls of men are dying,
Arouse you then, and bear the sheaves away.

Time is swiftly passing, soon the master will be here,
And the end of toiling very quickly draweth near,
Day and night, O reaper,
Go gather sheaves fo Jesus,
Be faithful till in glory He appear.
