There's a land of light
Where there is no night,
And sorrow and sin come never,
Where the angels raise
Loudest songs of praise
To God and the Lamb for ever.

Blessed land of light,
Home of all the blest!
Our Saviour has made it glorious;
To prepare our way.
In the tomb He lay,
Then rose over death victorious.

Then with heart and voice,
Let us all rejoice,
While marching along together,
For if faithful still
To obey His will,
We'll dwell in that land for ever.
