Jesus Our Wonderful Saviour

Slain for the sins of the world was He,
Jesus, our wonderful Saviour,
Slain that we all might forgiven be,
Jesus, our wonderful Saviour:
King over all, He was crucified,
Under our burden of sins He died,
Died, that we all might be justified,
Jesus, our wonderful Saviour.

Dying for us, oh the fearful pain,
Jesus, our wonderful Saviour;
That with the Lord we may live again,
Jesus, our wonderful Saviour:
Bearing the death on the cross, that we
Might from our burden of sins be free
And become heirs of eternity,
Jesus, our wonderful Saviour.

Strong is the love that for us He bore,

Stronger than death, touching every shore,
Jesus, our wonderful Saviour:
Still it is sweeping from ev'ry strand,
Blessing the pilgrims of ev'ry land,
Jesus, that wonderful heav'nly Friend,
