Wonderful mercy that sought us,
Wond'ring afar in the night;
Precious the Saviour who brought us
Into his marvellous light.

Singing love's beautiful story,
Echo the heav'nly refrain;
Blessing and honor and glory
Be to the Lamb that was slain.

Out from the sin and its sorrow,
Into the life pure and free;
Waiting the glorious morrow,
When our Redeemer we'll see.
