My heart is sweetly resting
Upon my Saviour's love,
Upon the grace that saves me,
For mansions bright above.

Afar I need not seek him,
He dwells within my soul,
And from the living fountains
Rich waves of blessing roll.

While thus on him I'm resting,
My heart from care is free,
To labor in his vineyard,
And serve him faithfully.

The more I lean upon him,
The more I learn his power,
And find his grace sufficient,
To meet life's every hour.
