What sweet peace we shall have over yonder,
In the land of the saved and the blest,
What a joy shall be ours over yonder,
In the home of eternal rest.

Oft we long for the voices now silent,
For the touch of some dear loving hand,
When with Jesus we dwell over yonder,
We shall meet on that far off strand.

We may have many sorrows and trials,
As the journey of life we pursue,

That blest home over there we view.
