As here we come to praise and worship
In the presence of the Lord;
As here we meet that we may listen
To the teachings of his word.

As we believe in our redemption,
By the shedding of his blood;
As we rejoice that he has bought us,
And has made our peace with God.

As we will keep his gospel precepts,
In the midst of sin and strife.
As we behold his live and goodness
All along the way of life.

As here we ask that he will keep is
In the hollow of his hand;
As we draw near to our posessions,
Waiting in the promised land.
